[해결] Gate.io 계정 탈퇴 방법 | 게이트 아이오 거래소

레퍼럴 변경을 위해 Gate.io 계정을 탈퇴해야할 일이 생겼다. 절차대로 해봤으나 바보 같은 실수를 해서 시간을 허비했다. 나 같은 분들이 없기를 바라며 게이트아이오 코인 거래소 탈퇴하는 방법을 남겨 본다.

방법은 아래 링크에서 안내해주는데로 탈퇴를 하면 된다.

포지션들 다 종료해야하는 것 위에 요건들이 다 파란색으로 표시되어야 탈퇴 진행이 가능하다. 다 완료하고 accept를 누른다.

 

문제의 내용. 자꾸 패스워드 틀리다고 함. 처음에는 비밀번호를 잘못 넣었다 싶어서 초기화도 하고 몇번을 해도 자꾸 이럼. 

혼자 해결 안되는것 같아서 티겟 열어서 문의 남김. 아래는 하루 뒤의 답신 내용이다.

On App: Tap on the top-left profile icon, then go to "Security Center" → "Fund password (Change/Frequency)" → "Reset Fund Password".

Note: 1.Please make sure that your APP is the latest version. 2.If you have the old fund password, you can reset it on the website viahttps://www.gate.io/myaccount/reset_fund and mobile app.

알고 보니 게이트아이오 거래소는 계정 삭제할때 입력해야하는 비밀번호가 계정 비밀번호가 하니라 펀드 비밀번호였다. 

엥 이게 뭐냐

게이트 아이오는 계정 비밀번호와 펀드 비밀번호가 두개 있었다. 가입한지 오래되어서 까먹은건지도 모른다. 위에 안내대로 펀드 비밀번호를 초기화 하고 다시 계정 삭제 절차를 진행하면 정상적으로 탈퇴가 잘 된다.
